A number of bugs have been squashed and rather quickly squashed by Adobe today
Today Adobe released Lightroom 3 from its beta and it is now ready for prime time!

I wanted to remind everyone that Adobe has changed their upgrade policy for photoshop.
This new beta release of Adobe Lightroom 3 makes me think a the final version is very close.
Are you sure that you are running Lightroom in 64 Bit mode? Are you sure? I’ve recently discovered that I wasn’t even though it might have looked like it!
Basically an update for a couple of new cameras.
Version 2.2 extends RAW 5.2 support to new cameras and also builds-in the camera profiles that attempt to mimic the camera manufacturers’ intended output.

Now this is very interesting. One of the things that I have really enjoyed about Nikon’s Cappture NX software is the camera profiles.
