Springtime Eastern Bluebirds
Another sure sign of springtime in Florida is the Eastern Bluebirds singing and looking for love… If you have a bluebird box (many of the state and county parks in Fl have them.) near you it is the perfect time to go and grab some bluebird images for your portfolio. I used my car as a photo blind and parked in reasonable, but not an intrusive distance from the nest box. I set my tripod outside next to the car and “plinked” away. Using your car as a blind you can get close and the birds really don’t seem to mind whatsover.
